Fantastic location.
Staff didn't respond appropriately to the booking mistake. They had us wait in the lobby for 1.5 hours.

I mentioned it was my wife' 30th bday and they upgraded us and surprised us with choclate covered strawberries and champagne at our arrival.

Great pillow.
The room did not have windows that opened and looked down on the lobby.

Very good except windows that did not open and looked down on the enclosed lobby. Otherwise very nice. Have never stayed at Marriott before and was surprised how nice it was.

Great location, nice hotel, great bartender.
The work-out area did not match the level of the hotel. It was a little small and limited compare to the rest of the hotel.

There are always something missing in the room, like coffee caps. I called ever eventing and ask bring them.

Hotel is great , but cleaning stuff was not good.

Lacks French style and flair - too Americanized.

Grand lobby, unfortunately lacking any charm. The interior decoration is quite Americanized - you may just as well be in Baltimore. The hotel had wifi problems; I lost a document when cut off while transmitting data - it would have been appropriate gesture to deduct the cost of the wifi. Location.
Feather bed was very prickly, we had to remove it to sleep. The mattress was a low budge motel grade that I can feel the coil underneath.

This is a very good hotel. Too bad they provide very uncomfortable bedding.
