The location.
They did not honor putting a fold away bed for my son unless I paid 40 dollars a night, even though on phone they said it was included.
Very poor for anyone handicapped. Elevator very small and old, lobby not on floor with lobby, rooms small. Not a great hotel.

Hotel has great location, internet charge is a bit expensive considering other similar and newer hotels give it free with a daily room rate less expensive.

Staff was very helpful in every way.
WiFi in public areas but not inside the rooms.
Excellent service in every area of the hotel, and near many local sights. Would recommend to anyone.
