The location is great. Right in the middle of the Riverwalk
Parking is extra. We stayed on the last weekend of fiesta so it was worth it otherwise.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The only downside is the price of parking, but it's expected downtown.

the TVs in the excercise room were loud all night and my room was next to it.
hotel is at the best location possible for st antonio. rooms are reasonable average. people are good. parking fee is too much $25 a day for self parking.

The room and the view
The traffic to get in and out. Other than that, everything thing was great.
The view was great. I was skeptical because of previous reviews but nothing at all. Front desk was great, bellman was excellent, and the room was superb. Front desk - Vilma was very helpful, gave us information of the Riverwalk and best locations visited. The location was right next door to the RiverCenter Mall. The room had a great view - night and day. Overall it was great! Highly recommend it. ...

Ms.Karen was very helpful she made our stay very pleasant. Our housekeep was also very helpful.
Vilma a so call manager was very rude and un helpful. I called Friday morning and asked for 2 beds once we got to our room we had 1 bed for 3 people.Vilma them told me that b/c we booked with priceline she didn't have to accommodate us or help us!
