We love this place- very close to our relatives house.
We loved everything!!!

Quaint little town- very safe and classy. Boutique stores and golf all within walking distance! Beautiful grounds.

There was a billing problem from the pool bar, and the front desk couldn't have been more helpful in correcting the problem! Great customer service.

Great restaurants and wonderful, reliable shuttle to the beach.

The spa and the overall environment are exceptional. You feel as if you are miles away at a private resort. Peaceful and relaxing. The staff go out of there way to make you feel like a valued guest. The resort fee includes free drinks or appetizer

Get breakfast and go to the beach club and watch the sun rise. The ability to drive 5 minutes to the beach or catch a shuttle are ideal. Please don't miss out on at least a little time at the spa - just go and enjoy the steam, sauna, and 2 Jacuzzis. of course adding a massage would not be a bad idea. Finish off your day with dinner and drinks on the patio overlooking the waterfall. So wonderful you will think you are miles away from the real world ...read more

Very friendly staff, clean, and very nice amenities

Although beach access is not on location, the shuttle service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. Although our room was a little outdated, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice room. Comfortable. Good location. Friendly people. Loud noise in the morning because of construction.
I was told that the room I was given had 2 double beds and that I had to pay an extra fee for
xxx to be upgraded to a king size bed. This was a little deceptive, especially since I was never given that option. Also, I was charge for "resort"

Very noisy people next door late at night but that wasn't the hotels fault

Grounds are beautiful. Pools are family friendly. Not much shopping within walking distance

The hotel had a great location, awesome landscaping, comfortable room, great morning brunch and wonderful staff.

Great place to stay in Ponte Vedra Beach. Would highly recommend.

The beach club was very nice although I expected it to be within walking distance to the hotel.
The rooms are outdated. This hotel should not be rated so highly. We had a bad experience with room service...they forgot to send our order to the kitchen.

I do not recommend this hotel if you are used to a true 4 star experience. The rooms were disappointing and the service was average at best. The beach club is nice and the shuttle is prompt but there is nothing like being right on the beach.
