Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Scottsdale Mcdowell Mountain

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great free breakfast buffet, nice large suite rooms
A bit out in the "boonies", but close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and restaurants

Nice place - suite room allows parents with a king and kids on the pullout sofa. Free breakfast buffet was much better than usual. Pool is huge but aging and the area not particularly clean or well maintained. Nothing too fancy - a solid 3-star hotel.

Staff was rude, unfocused. Loud mobile generator outside my room.

Beautiful facility and room. Food was ridiculously priced, as expected, but the quality was really poor.

Very plush and comfortable bed and bathroom area. Lots of space in the suite.

Hotels in Scottsdale offer lower rates off-season in the summer months. I wanted to spend Labor Day weekend shopping and relaxing in a nice hotel. The balcony overlooking the pool and golf course was very scenic and relaxing. The room was upgraded, clean, and very comfortable for two people. The hotel was also convenient to shopping in Scottsdale. We will definitely be back next year! ...read more
