This was one of the most amazing buildings and locations I have ever stayed in. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent place to stay.
Stay here, go to the observation deck. Enjoy the amazing rooms.

Location, concierge staff, and historic building.
Antiquated and noisy heating system.
Historic custom house with large clock tower - could always find our way back after roaming Boston by locating the tower! Beautiful open rotunda in lobby opens up to 2 levels above. 26th floor sky view walkway offered a fantastic 360 degree view of the city. Rooms were well appointed, rich tapestries, period crown molding. Amenable "kitchen" facilities. The concierge not only secured a restaurant reservation for our large party of 8 on a Saturday night, but when we arrived, had arranged to have personalized menus for us! ...
