Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott's Timber Lodge
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Solo Traveler(4) | Traveling as Couple(17) | Family with Young Children(5) | Family with Teens(3) | Group Traveler(2)

Location and design. Weight room.
Lack of parking ...slow service. Air conditioning system did not operate properly ...room stuffy.
Not worth the money. Air conditioning system poor. Valet parking is only parking option - slow and time consuming. Expensive at $24 per day.

Very clean, attractive, well maintained, good location, lots of spas, pool etc. Very nice place! Fair price!
Parking costs $24 a night!
This is an excellent place to stay for comfort and quality. It is very near everything at Lake Tahoe, including the lake itself, shops, theater, lifts to the Ski resort (Heavenly) which is literally right outside the lobby!! There are 3 or 4 heated spas, so you can probably have your own spa even when it is crowded. The rooms are clean and modern, with secure elevators. The service was good, although the parking attendants were a little slow, and not that helpful. The parking is the only down side, $24 a night. ...
