enjoyed the scene of the lobby.
Overall, I think the room we had was not at all what I expected. The bathrooms were to small. The microwave stand was broke. And my bed had a red stain on the sheets that was the worst of all. I actually wanted to ask for a different room, but they were all sold out due to it being Valentines Day.

The hotel was a little dated looking and the employee watching the pool area was a bit rude, but we will stay there again because of the FREE breakfast buffet. I have never stayed in a hotel that had a better continental breakfast. They had pancakes, French toast, hash browns, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, tons of fruit, and even made-to-order omelets. It was all so good! The only thing I didn't like about the breakfast was that they asked for tips which I thought was a little strange since it was a buffet. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
No running water through entire hotel at check-in, once water was restored no hot water in shower and just a trickle at sink faucet. Hotel staff only offer a 1:00 pm check-out, regardless if shower was fixed or not. Unable to shower before being kicked out. Pool water is unheated and hot tub has stains, (whole tub has brown tint, like rust in water) in addition to not having spa heater working properly. Unsupervised kids everywhere in pool/spa area. Restaurant at dinner only had one person for cashier/waitress even though the hotel was fully booked. Food took a long time because of this, but it was good when we finally got it. Breakfast buffet the next day was excellent and restaurant was staffed properly.

The mcm hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. We had a toddler with us and the large open lobby area and play area were wonderful. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. The restaurant staff was very friendly.
