I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends, in fact after about the second night, I did recommend it to family. The location is on 35E in the Desoto area convenient accessible from I-20 to Downtown Dallas and the Dallas zoo and several great Churches and restaurants there is a gas station 7 eleven and a waffle house next to it, if you don't won't dine in at the hotel restaurant which is great. ...

We really ejoyed our stay. The room, lobby, and common areas were really pretty. We liked the flags that were hanging around the pool and common area. Hot tub and pool area were enjoyable. The breakfast that was included in the price of the room was wonderful. I had one of the best 'made to order' omlets I have ever eaten. The fruit bar was fresh and also the best I have ever had at a hotel that had breakfast included. ...

The hotel is old, but clean and beds were nice. We had 6 separate occasions to have to leave the hotel and the slow elevator made getting down to get out to the parking lot very challenging. We had to plan on leaving our room early if we had to carry bags or get anything that required us to take the elevator. Lots of unsupervised children running and playing. Stairs crowded due to lots of people using them.
