Hotel Guest Reviews of the Memphis Marriott
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

This hotel was not a three star hotel. No sauna or steam room. Rooms were average. Other than front desk staff (who were overworked)and shuttle driver,no one was helpful. Food options were substandard. This hotel is NOT up to Marriott's standards.

No microwave or mini fridge. For being ranked the #2 hotel in Memphis, we assumed these would be included in the room.

Hotel is great. The neighborhood is a little shady, but what part of Memphis isn't shady. It was a great spot for our needs (being halfway from downtown and a wedding in Collierville). It's about a 40-45 dollar taxi cab fair from Beale Street.

Very nice hotel, standard for its chain. You will not be disappointed.

This hotel has beautiful public areas, is clean, well-maintained, and has a staff that is helpful and pleasant. There are not many restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is 15 minutes from Beale, 30 minutes from Mississippi. IHOP across the street, taco bell. Rent a car, I drove everyday including going to Mississippi and going to Beale street about 10 times over 3 days and only spent $30 dollars on gas.

Everything was good except that they didn't offer free Wi-Fi and that breakfast was not included with the stay. They had a restaurant and the prices were ridiculous. I have never stayed anywhere where breakfast wasn't included and I had to pay to have Internet access. I highly doubt that will ever stay in a Marriott hotel again.
