Was charged a extra night ( smoking in a non smoking room fee ) because are room smelt like smoke the morning after a red hot chili peppers concert. There was no smoking at all in our room. I feel like my rights have been violated, i will never stay at tb

For fellow travellers be cautios staying at this hotel if your going to be around smoke, it might just cost you another night stay ( smoking in room fee)

Great location, close to attractions, public transportation, Canada Place, Gastown, Restaurants, and shopping.

Nice rooms, so-so view, great location, helpful staff. Close to restaurants, attractions, Canada Place, public transportation, shopping. Clean. Concierge gave some great restaurant suggestions that had affordable prices. WiFi part of package.

I would be very comfortable to recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues without question.

This hotel was amazing right from an easy and friendly check in to the quality of everything in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding was high quality. Great view of the city. Walking distance to shopping, float planes and sea bus. I loved it.
