Friendly staff and good location.
Noise from other guests was awful. Not a good place if you intend to rest.

Overall, the location was excellent for the events we attended. Room was comfortable, although it did not smell very fresh. Carpets in the room and hallways were dirty and had a musty smell about them.

Good value for the price I paid.

Everything was exactly as I expected. People need to consider the price they are paying and set their expectations accordingly. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to locations that I needed.

Rooms were very small and little storage space.

Staff was not accommodating, rooms too small, 2 drawers for 2 people, no king beds. Won't stay in a Microtel again.

The location was great, along with the surrounding restaurants.
The room was a little small but was
very accommodating and perfect for what I needed it for.

My stay was very enjoyable, the hotel was very accommodating. I will definitely stay again.

They let me have 2 queen size beds instead of the one they gave me upon booking the room.

This is an economy motel/hotel that was clean and did offer a basic continental breakfast that was pretty much what I expected.
