Rooms were hot hot like no air! location great. Staff well they just went with the flow. Alot of times staff outside with cleaning carts smoking!!!!
The air in my rooms 202 & 229 did not work. Was told by staff your maintenance would be in my@9pm Saturday. If he couldn't fix air we could switch rooms. he never showed up. I never got a call. Housekeeping never cleaned room. Lobby computer broke.

Probably visit if your homeless with no other place to go!

The past reviews of this hotel may have been correct for that period but now they are outdated. The hotel staff are very friendly not one person walked by without saying good morning or have a good day it made the stay very pleasant.rooms very clean

Very easy to find, clean rooms convenient location. Again staff were great thanks for a nice stay.

The hotel over all was nice however the "quite time"
The hotel over all was nice however the "quite time"Rule was not at all helpful I had a hard time getting my kids to sleep due to the noise I called the front desk and the response I got was " I will forward the message" I was not happy

Will not go back because they do not follow their own policy they should have enforced the quiet time rule and I was up with my kids almost until 1 am not acceptable I called and did not get any help from the staff. The pool was also too chlorinated for people to swim longer the a half hour was overall not pleased

First morning, the girl at front desk gave me the remote to the lobby TV so that I could change the channel. Next day, the girl at the desk said NO to my request for the remote. Said it was corporate policy to not change the channel. WTF? What ever hap

The value of this hotel was good. But, they did not have any exercise equipment in the exercrise room. Hey its Detroit.

That we were able to bring our dogs.
the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work and we had to go to the main floor.And the first floor at the back was broken and that is where we wanted to take the dogs.

The staff and the hotel was clean and neat but the front door staff was not as friendly. And sometimes rude.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, not busy, very quiet.
Pool seemed a bit dirty, had some hair floating and I actually found a safety pin laying on the floor, but my son had fun swimming.

This is a very easy hotel to find in a decent area of Roseville. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly, and I would stay in this hotel every time I travel to Roseville. Great hotel, great price, great stay! My son and I slept well, enjoyed the free breakfast, used the pool.

When I told them to sweep the floor, change the batteries in the channel changer they did.
The floor had not been swept, the channel changer did not work, the breakfast was poor, the bathroom door would not shut all the way.

There was nothing in the breakfast that I would eat. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. The floor of the room had not been swept, or had been poorly swept. The channel changer's batteries were dead. The flashing red light on the phone was very distracting. It could not be turned off. We had to cover it up so that we could sleep.
