It was easy to find, the staff was helpful
There were hairs on the bed, and in the shower. Breakfast was not good

My experience at this hotel was in line with what I paid for. It's easy to find, check in and out was smooth, I pretty much got the basics.The room was smaller than I anticipated. Plus I saw long hairs on the bed spread and in the shower, eww. The continental breakfast was pretty lame. Coffee was gross. The complimentary soap in the room was pretty cheap. Clean and located right where we needed to be. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Dog next door barked quite a bit through the night. Did not know dogs were allowed.

Very clean. Great price. Great staff. I thought i had requested a King. Definately not a King but very comfy.

Very comfortable bed, fit for a 4 star hotel
The only thing I don't like about this hotel is their logo! Honestly, they have it together!!

As a hotel that is recently built, they have a good location, great staff and comfortable, very clean accommodations. They are a 2-1/2 star hotel trying hard to be a 3-1/2 star.

Friendly staff welcomes you to enjoy your stay in an ideal location. The price is very reasonable for the quality of your accommodations. The grounds are well-maintained and is our preferred choice for a restful room in Geneva, NY.

Dead bolt lock on door to the room was inoperable; other two locks did work; reported to desk upon checkout.

Couldn't seem to find the right air conditioner temperature setting.

Great for a quick overnight stop. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very clean and the ladies at the front Maureen and Brenda were very nice
The single bed room is really small perfect for 1 person

I think its location is really good and clean very presentable very positive

It was clean and seemingly quite new.
The room I received was a bit on the small side; not sure if the rest of the hotel's rooms were designed on the same scale.

A clean, presentable, no-frills modern lodging establishment that was reasonably affordable and well-located within the Geneva, NY area.
