Wonderful room. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.
It was an hour away from where we needed to be. But everything nearer was booked, or was really awful.

Stacy, assistant manager, was wonderful. Friendly & helpful. Microwave and refrigerator in the room; room was clean & fresh.
Melissa was not helpful. When I called to request 2 beds she stated she couldn't help & I needed to call Priceline even though I explained that Priceline said to do those through the hotel directly. No help; Stacy was great though when I called next day.

Convenient location, right off the highway. Stacy was very helpful. Room was bright and clean. Always nice to have a microwave and refrigerator! Limited breakfast items compared to a 2 1/2 or 3 star. Evening/night staff seemed irritated that we were sitting and visiting in the lobby with friends that were also staying at the hotel.FYI, Priceline rate was no cheaper than what the Microtel was offering rooms for; could have saved ourselves the hassle and just booked directly with the hotel. ...read more

Nice quiet room with comfy bed, plenty of bathroom space, excellent and
non-sticky soap. Not a big thing, but I hate the cheap sticky soap some hotels provide.

exceeds the star level.
