Hotel Guest Reviews of the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Greenville/Univ Medical Park

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location, price from Priceline, updated decor, bed.
The rooms were way too small for the price, no mini-fridge or microwave.

The Customer service and convenience.
The toilet bowl had a crack. That's it!

The room rates were quite good, completely non-smoking and free wifi were big pluses as well.
Two of the three nights that we stayed in the hotel were very noisy. It started to become pretty clear why the room rates were so low. If you stay in the hotel when it is busy and has some rowdy guests you will hear it. The rooms were also a bit small.

Overall the hotel is very average. While completely non-smoking, free wifi, and free breakfast are nice amenities, the quality of construction in the hotel is a huge downside. Very little sound insulation between rooms, between floors, and between hallways and rooms. If your neighboring hotel guests are at all noisy you will hear them or their television. Our room was also not the cleanest or most put together room. We arrived to a bedspread with a pink nail polish stain which was also all over the floor. Additionally, something as simple as a do not disturb sign was not present in the room. The free breakfast is what you would expect of a free continental breakfast, nothing terribly good or bad. The most redeeming quality was the room rate. ...read more

The hotel was newer so it was nice and clean.
The only negative experience I had was the neighbors. The walls were pretty thin, I could hear our neighbors talking in a normal voice but come 2:30-3 AM they were yelling at each other in the hallway and slamming the doors.

Overall the hotel was decent, it was clean, and great location.

The staff make you feel like your right at home. My trip was for a funeral and the one young lady at check in made me feel so good and come to find out she was from Virginia too.
I loved everything nothing bad to say

Free breakfast and kids enjoy making waffles and love the home feeling of this hotel.

Room was ok, staff, especially two staff members working the breakfast area, were very kind!
We needed another bed but that was due to me not reading that there was only one bed in the room.

Overall, this hotel was clean, location was ok for our needs & staff was friendly!

Front desk was helpful

Functional for staying the night on a ride through. Clean. Front desk was helpful. There was a lot of noise from outside early in the morning-may have been trash pick up. Very good value for the money, especially including the breakfast.

Clean comfortable room, convenient location and friendly staff.
A microwave & small fridge would be nice but it was really no problem.

Definately recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I plan on staying at this hotel when I visit the area. Great price for the room as well. It felt like a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price!
