Hotel Guest Reviews of the Microtel Inn By Wyndham Williamsville/Buffalo Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Was tough to park, most cars look like they have been there for awhile (park and Fly) taking up parking anywhere close to the building. Staff was great.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It did not provide accommodation as per booking. The lobby area was being used as a takeout restaurant for a group of residents when I arrived. It made it feel like a hostel, not a hotel. I stayed at La Quinta hotel subsequently at a lower price and was really surprised by it's comfort and cleanliness. Whereas the Microtel is visible from the Turnpike, the La Quinta is easier to find. ...

This hotel claims to be pet friendly, but is not at all. When we arrived, we were greeted with a sign that read, do not leave pets in your room alone or you will be fined $150.00. Your pet will be taken to a kennel and the authorities will be called. I thought that this was unbelievable and actually was so scared that my dog would be taken away from me that I brought her to my Uncle's house. My dog is crate trained and I was visiting my old hometown. I guess the hotel expects you to take your poor dog out into 95-degree weather. It was a horrible experience and I will never ever stay at a Microtel again. If you have pets, be prepared for this harassing policy.

This hotel was dirty, free internet was bad! Barely worked. Queen size bed was a full size not queen. Nothing nice about hotel, Motel 6 next door was cleaner, go there for a cheap hotel.

This hotel is maintained poorly, is not clean and has a rude staff. The condition of the hotel has deteriorated an incredible amount over the last 4 years. I am very disappointed in this visit and considered leaving the hotel during my stay because it was so uncomfortable.

I wont say that it was the worst experience I had, but it was close. I know when I am choosing less than 3 star, it is a slight risk, but was not my choice definitely. the owner and staff were very rude to all the people. the hallways were OK, but still shabby. The breakfast was very limited and of low quality. More importantly - the staff was rude to tell people that they cannot get more because they don't have any. Very bad and not recommended at all.

Room was clean and looked recently remodeled. Bathroom good size. I think we ended up in a disable room, even though we had reservations. The breakfast area MUCH to small. Serving counter-things to close together!
