Centrally located for trips to Smokies. Room was small but had a nice large bathroom and tub, also a flat screen tv. Lots of hot coffee and very helpful staff.

Clean. Bed was comfy.
We think the lighting in the rooms is harsh. Overhead lighting is not cozy. Wish you would use lamps. Otherwise it is a great room for the price.

It had a great breakfast and a good TV in the room and wifi.
We are 60 and older and it did not have a elevator, we were put on the second floor.

The hotel was located in great location, the rooms were clean and it had WIFI. Flat screen TV, but no elevator to the second floor, would stay there again, but hope we would be put on the 1st floor.

Our room was quite small. Since we booked through you I think they gave us a smaller room.

It seemed clean and quiet so that was good.

Good bed, good TV, and good shower.
Everyone out front entrance. Morning and night smoking.

Great location, small efficient, clean rooms, great value to travel, use the bed and shower, pack up hit the road. Very friendly staff at the desk . They need to move the smoking area away from the front entrance, there were 10 plus people smoking when I checked in as well as out. Guests have to walk through a cloud coming or going.

Staff did not clean/straighten room until the night before our departure. Ignored request for clean towels until we waited for them.

This is not a romantic getaway. This
very small room is perfect for the business traveler as long as you don't need consistent Internet access.
