the 1st room looked as if someone had be killed in it nasty , blood stains all over the floor , I was ready to go somewhere different at this, the 2nd room was some better but still dirty ,we will never stay at this one again

The Suite room that we had was extremely comfortable with the micro- kitchenette. The refrigerator kept things cold. The bed with the pillow top covering was very comfortable.
Not knowing too much about the Panama City area, we found the location was very central to Route 231 (direct to the beaches), 23rd Street for restaurants and shopping. For being off the beaches, the hotel worked for us.

If you want an inexpensive stay at a nice hotel, we would recommend MicroTel. This is not a Hilton, you know what to expect with MicroTel, but this room was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The common area was clean also. The staff was constantly cleaning around the coffee pots.

I did love the pull-out sofa along with the window seal area.
Other than being hard to find, the hallways reeked of substance use.

It was a good hotel experience overall.

The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom had some paint chipping and rust in the tub.

Over all the hotel was good. They would not let us have a room with 2 beds with out charging us more. They were very friendly when asking about things to do in the area and extra towels, etc.

Cleanliness and staffing.

I've been to plenty of Microtels before and this one was nothing like the others. After seeing the stains that were visibly noticeable on my sheets, I knew it wasn't clean. I had to call for new ones. Instead of bringing it to me, I had to come to the desk myself.

bc the floors were not cleaned well, it turned ur feet or socks black, found a roach in the room

It was a ok stay but I will never stay there again, after the roach and the carpet so dirty, I don't live like that. I will be looking a different rooms nexts time.

Mirrors in the room were nice!

For what I paid this hotel was a nice stay, not too far from the beach, and everything was clean and comfy. Would stay there again.
