The rooms are very clean and very convient.
The hotel is nice,but the rooms are small.The staff are friendly .

Conveinent to restaruants and other commercial stores. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful! It was nice & quiet - had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast.
The room was small for a standard hotel room.

We had a pleasant stay after a long days drive. The room was very clean, the shower was great as far as temperature and pressure. The staff was most friendly and helpful. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent price for the price I was expecting 2 stars but it was a 4 1/2 star. Clean, friendly and great breakfast.
The bathroom was compact, not much counter space but was clean and new.

For the price it was excellent! In this $75 price range it would be considered a 5 star. The room was not huge, no closet but it had a full length hanging cabinet and the bathroom was very compact, but new and nice. If I was traveling with a group of teenage girls with lots of stuff and needing lots of bathroom space it would have been cramped, but for my family of 3 it was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly good since there was actually sausage in the gravy! If we had more time we would have enjoyed the pool area. ...read more

Noise, the other guest were loud in the halls and one person had their TV blaring till 4:30 am.

Clean rooms were nice, internet was acting weird.

Neighborhood!

About what I expected for the facility itself, a clean comfortable cheap room that takes pets. Access to Crater Lake was our primary requirement.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent. They actually cared and that is so different from other staff elsewhere.
The Maggie bugs in the entryway was gross but from what I understand that's unavoidable.

The hotel was great! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was very nice with very comfortable beds, the continental breakfast could have been better but at least they had one.

Hard to find without having to call the hotel for directions. It's off the beaten path.
