Hotel Guest Reviews of the Milenorth, A Chicago Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Lobby area was very nice with bakery and bar.
Excellent choice of hotel. Will stay there again. I was traveling on business and they accommodated my request for early check-in.

Nice decor, very clean, convenient location, spacious rooms that aren't boring to be in.
They censor the Internet, won't stay there again because of this. I am an adult.

The front desk could use a little expansion I think, and maybe a little friendliness training but otherwise had a good experience overall and the prices was definitely a deal through priceline.com But censoring the Internet is not acceptable. WTF?

The hotel room was quite spacious for and we enjoyed having the separate living room area. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff was gracious and very helpful.
Th only thing that I had not anticipated was $ 52 to overnight our car. Self parking across the street was a whopping $ 47. Welcome to Chicago.

The hotel is supremely located just off Michigan Avenue. Cabs were plentiful. There are restaurants galore in the area and the staff was very knowledgeable. Easy walk to the lakefront.

Desired location.
Breakfast options were more limited that what we expected.

Outstanding location. However, the public spaces (lobby, cafe/restaurant) are tiny and do not offer much in terms of seating. Room was clean, but small for the price.

Location

If you don't need to use your car, use parking structure acoss street for lower cost.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the new changes to the lobby and restaurant were not complete, they looked to be a great addition to the services. The location is spectacular for shopping!
The cost of parking could have been a bit less expensive.

The location is a plus for heavy Michigan Avenue Shoppers - you can shop the North end of Michigan Ave., stop and drop off packages, and continue to the South end. Also, it is close to great restaurants and is within walking distance of Navy Pier. The roof top bar is a great place to relax and have a cocktail. Great view!

Location was excellent. Price was great. The room was very nice the only thing I didnt care for was the steps to get down to where the bed was. I have trouble because of bad knees but it was manageable.
Dead bolt did not work. I forgot to tell front desk when I checked out
