Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was perfect and the history of the hotel was fascinating.
The bathrooms of the hotel need to be updated.

The beds are very comfortable!
The bathtub was dirty - there was a big rust stain around the drain and the grout looked black in places.

This hotel is lovely, but I was really surprised at how poorly the bathroom was maintained. The tub looked dirty and there was a big rust stain around the drain. The grout looked black in places and the paint on one of the cabinets looked dirty and needed to be repainted. The shower itself was awesome - no low flow shower heads in there! The carpet in the hallways is held together with duct tape (all over the place). If you can get past that, the beds are super comfortable and the hotel public areas are absolutely gorgeous. ...read more

The bed was comfortable.
They charge $40 to park the car.

This hotel is over rated n the star level. It is a older building with a very small bath room. the feature of the hotel is it's location and bar. Very overpriced hotel not worth the money.

A noisy room with fan noises, unfriendly check in counter staff, outdated rooms.

2 star hotel at best, given a room with only one bed even though a room with 2 bed was specifically. requested. 3rd floor rooms are very noisy with fan noises.

Beautiful, big rooms, friendly bar staff, walking distance to a Starbucks.
Noisy. The air conditioner was also noisy the first night. Dirty windows in room.

Pool was not working, work out facility is out dated, key making machine was not working when I checked in to stay longer and had to return to gather.

Very average. Not up to the standard of the other 3 1/2 star hotels I typically stay at.

Lots of history. Great architecture.
Older bed, not very comfortable. Some restoration would be recommend.

Great experience. Must try at least once.

Historic beautiful public rooms; excellent breakfast; and excellent location.
Old looking musty hallways with VERY old worn-out carpet and paint. Rooms can be worn looking. Be sure to check the tub, sink & AC for operation.

Public rooms are very beautiful, if you like old world; staff is excellent and courteous (except bar waiters); breakfast in the restaurant was excellent food and service; sleeping rooms are a little dated; bathrooms are very small; courtesy town car is very nice, but stops at 6pm; hallways to sleeping rooms are terrible with old paint and dirty worn carpet; executive lounge is not worth much in the morning (nor friendly); executive sleeping rooms are very nice. ...read more

The location of a quality hotel was terrific.
The room needed a white noise machine because of traffic noise.

The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and lovely to be in the lobby and general public rooms. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. If noise bothers you, ask for a room not on the street, or, travel with ear plugs, or a white noise machine. I travel with earplugs and this worked for me.
