Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels At Chelsea Football Club
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

The hotel will not give you a double bed, despite being nearly empty. Check reviews and see that they do this to make the point that people paying a discounted rate are not entitled to having their requests honored. It seems from reviews that most people pay discounted rates through some website or other. It is not four stars, not even close. Furnishings old and scuffed, carpets stained. It is not in Chelsea, not even close. DO NOT use Priceline for this London zone at four stars as you will most definitely get this dump. ...

Overall, a very good hotel if you don't take into account that the staff does not properly transfer calls.

The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are excellent plus the hotel was quiet and peaceful... like most travellers we just want somewhere comfortable, clean and convenient and this hotel certqainly qualifies... however like most London Hotels I think they offer a lot of services like a gymnasium that the large majority do not use and they share this price over all their rooms... why do they not charge the people who use these services like swimming & gyms etc (as they do for resturants) and that way they might find out that these things are a waste of money ...

The location was a little out of the way, but a short walk to Chelsea. The room was comfortable enough. Internet access was available in the room, but very slow.

This hotel is more of a 3 star hotel. Clean and quiet with good basics.

An upscale hotel with large rooms and great amenities. Excellent restaurants attached as well.

I won't stay in this hotel next time. It is too far from the center of the city. Hotel design looks little bit old. There was no famous space around the hotel. And there are few good restaurants around the hotel.

Although the room was nice the entry and reception area were sparse and unwelcoming. Didn't see any of the other facilities so can't comment. None of the staff we dealt with were native English language first speakers. They were efficient but nothing more.

This hotel is not a bad place to stay, but I would not make it my first choice of places to stay when visiting London. It is not a three star hotel. More like two and a half stars. The place is clean and the concierge service is good. I give them full points for those things. Certain things about the hotel were a bit strange, such as the fact that you need to insert the room card key into a slot on the wall to get the lights to work. The decor was dated, and the beds were too soft. ...
