Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium Hotel Cincinnati
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

This hotel was ideal because I needed to be near the downtown area during my stay. I was somewhat disappointed that there was construction at the Millennium Cincinnati Hotel during my stay. The construction in progress limited my access to certain exits from the lobby as well as the use of the sidewalk nearest to the hotel. I was disappointed with the parking. A sign clearly read self-parking $12 daily and valet parking $25 daily. However as I entered and prepared to check-in, the valet pretended claimed that the hotel exclusively provided valet parking and that he knew nothing of self-parking (despite the sign being 5 feet away from where we stood). Luckily, I was familiar with the area and was aware of off-site options, but I would have used the hotel¿s self-parking if the information had been provided. When I checked out, a bellman had assisted in taking my luggage to a storage area until I returned with my vehicle. A second bellman, Alex, retrieved my luggage and prepared to bring it to me when he was rudely interrupted by a valet who told him ¿I got it you can go!¿ Needless to say I received my luggage but gave the tip to the bellman that actually got my bags for me and not the valet who simply wanted to be the final point person and cheat the bellman out of what was due to him. This was a convenient location for me and the room was nice. I could live without free wifi for 2 nights. I can also turn the other cheek on construction because it¿s temporary. The behavior of the valets annoyed me. In most instances the valet sets to tone for a hotel guest upon arrival and is the last employee seen at departure. So the Millennium needs to talk to their valet captains. ...

Upon checking in the front desk checked me into a dirty room then a handicapp room - although im not handicapp the toilet in the room was leaky the door lock is difficult the handicapp doorbell is dangerous for an epilecptic person as its a flashing light. its a 3star hotel that charges $8 for crappy wifi downtown cincinnati is an eyesore.

Would never recommend this hotel. Thought it was ran down and unkept. Should be marked as a 1 star hotel. The bistro that was in the lobby was so ghetto and ran down we didn't even stay there to eat. Looked like a few health hazards should have been reported by looks of the buffet. The only thing that was somewhat nice was the location.

I believe they do not treat the internet sales customers the same as full price. Not very clean hairs on the walls and paint bubbling in the bathroom.

The hotel was very nice and it was a great location for games and events going on downtown. We were there for a graduation from Cincinnati University and it was in a good location being only 2.5 miles from the campus.
