The restaurant and bar area had lousy service and terrible food for high prices.

Too expensive for what you get. Internet is 15 pounds per 24 hours.

They try but they are not there yet. Staff is not certain of what is offered.
Hotel operator did not know where the "Club Level" was. Did not know where you were to go to get an Internet card.

Location was incredible for luxury shopping and close to everything else as well.
Rooms were quite average and showing significant wear.

The hotel is very inviting and the accomodations were excellent.

The millenium was a wonderful experience, it exceeded my expectations, it was truly a four star hotel. The accodomations were excellent. I usually dont sleep well in hotels, but this was not the case here, the beds are ultra comfortable. You are only a block away from Harrods, two blocks from the nearest tube station, a stroll away from Hyde park. If traveling abroad or in the U.S.,

Fantastic location. Near Harrods and Tube station.
Small rooms.

This is a great hotel. It is so convenient to everything and the staff is nice. The only drawback is the size of the rooms but that applies to most hotels in the area as well.
