Just a nice place.
Parking is too expensive.

Would stay there again but based on previous overnights in Chicago the rate was too expensive.

Great location, great rate, and good TV in room.
No free internet in room, and no bath.

The location of this hotel is very good, right on the Magnificent Mile, 2 minutes from The John Hancock Tower. Hotel is comfortable, clean and attractive. Staff are friendly.

Nice location that is accessible to the heart of the city.
Unfriendly receptionists. High room rates for its quality.

It's moderate to stay because of its favorable location. Rooms and facilities are relatively clean but the staffs are unfriendly and not informative. Overall, this hotel charges too high for the services and satisfaction it gives to the guests.

Relaxing.
Bedside phone didn't work.

I thought we had an excellent stay in Chicago. The customer service was wonderful, answering many questions about free Internet versus room Internet costs. Room was refreshing and modern. The shower was a bit tricky to operate, and had plenty of hot water.

Location was great.
Hotel was slightly updated but still a little run down if you looked closely.

The renovation is very nice.
Still has an old mildew smell, ventilation is poor needs cleaning, or some kind of air purifier.

The hotel was good for the price, and service was lovely; however, there was poor ventilation. They really need their air ducts cleaned out and some kind of air purifier system so the mildew smell/feel goes away and the room feels fresh and clean.

Close to the shopping area and transportation.
The shower plumbing fixtures were not user friendly!

Great location! Quiet, clean, great bed and pillows! Bath Lighting could be better. Shower set up is for men!

The bathroom was beautifully redone.
Holes in bedding. Elevators and lobby need major overhaul. Embarrassing impression to give out-of-town travelers.

Definitely not 4 star quality. Rooms have been renovated, but there should not be holes in the pillow cases and sheets at a 4 star hotel. Lobby is shabby looking and elevators are really dated and not well maintained. When we left and dropped off parking sign off, reception staff didn't say a word. Parking/front door attendants were terrific. Would not chose this hotel again.
