Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium Resort Scottsdale Mccormick Ranch

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
I wish prior to booking I would have known that I would be charged 20 dollars a day plus tax for a "resort fee" It is very deceiving. My stay cost me an extra $92.00 I was not expecting.

Pros Good location for going to different shops in Scottsdale, Excellent service from the front desk and room service. Cons The bathrooms are a bit out dated. Biggest con was that I was unaware that the hotel would charge an additional resort fee of $20. a day plus tax. I did not see that when I was booking the hotel.

Nice staff.
They have a $20 resort fee, which I am okay with, but they really don't have any special amenities.

Got stiffed with a 20/day resort on checking out. was never told about "amenities" by staff. Please don't let hotels booking with you pull this crap. Makes me less certain of priceline.com as booking resource.

The staff was very friendly. Nice big pool.
The rooms were average. The beds were very small and you didnt have the choice for 2 queens only 2 full beds.

The location close to downtown Scottsdale was great along with the views of McCormick lake.
No hot tub and the resort fee.

If you are looking for a well priced Scottsdale resort pick this one.

Location.
Needs updating, staff was not prompt.

Great stay, friendly staff. Ask for 2towels & a new phone (ours didn't work) at 830pm. They were never delivered. Pool is not small child friendly. 4ft & over seems really deep.

close to where I was having conference.
Small bathrooms and didnt have an over all light switch to control lightening. Had to go to the lamps to turn down or off. air conditioner did not have an automatic or timed light switch.

Hotel had other amentities but was not able to use due to limited time for recreational use. Was charged resort fee for boat rides and other activities but did not have time as I was there for a conference.

We liked everything about the Millenium Resort Scottsdale McCormick Ranch! The pool is beautiful, the lake is lovely, the grounds inside and out are beautiful. We had our puppy with us and he learned to swim in the lake with the ducks.

the rooms were okay, nothing special. the location was pretty good. the staff was awesome! john was the best and was super helpful!

This place is a few miles from all the things to do downtown; however, it isn't that far to drive if you have a rental or mind taking a cab. We went out downtown during the night and used the hotel car service.
