Hotel Guest Reviews of the Mineral Wells Inn And Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very fair price for someone wanting a standard hotel room for an overnight stay. I liked that they offered free breakfast, even though it was mostly cereal, waffles, fruit, toast, coffee, juice and milk. The staff were all very friendly.
We were not aware that the pool did not open until 12 noon and the exercise room did not open until 10 a.m., so we did not get to use either one.

We were traveling on a limited budget and this hotel offered everything we needed for a very economical price. Very clean rooms and nice staff. I would definitely stay here, again.

Price.
Hotel had several guest with keys that didn't work

Hotel needs a lot of updates. The bed was
very hard and seemed old. There was a recliner in my room that also seemed very out dated. The bed pillows were very flat and ended up folding up a blanket to put under the pillows. Over all I would never stay here again.

Hot tub broken, pool needs repairs,
very limited breakfast.

Management would
not open pool for use the next morning until check-out time. . We had planned on swimming the next day with our small children. Hot tub was also completely non working the entire stay ( and had been for quite some time! ) Complimentary breakfast ran out even with limited guests. Motel is right next door to strip club!!! Very shabby outside, trash and many repairs are needed. Was
not pet friendly. Created major problem for us after booking.

Very nice staff!
The swimming pool needed cleaned

This hotel was great for what we paid. We booked a king room non smoking. They didnt have any kinds room available because the room that we suppose to have somebody smoked in. They switched us to a suite with a hot tub in the room at the exact same price. Fantastic customer service.

It had an indoor swimming pool.
The jacuzzi was broken.

It was a nice place for us to stay while visiting relatives in West Virginia and I will stay there again.

Very easy check-in and very quiet. Better than we expected for that price.

After we found the hotel (it was a little hard to find), we checked in quickly and the staff was very nice. the hotel was very quiet all night and we were the only ones eating in the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast was small, but we all found something we could eat. We enjoyed our short stay for such a low price.

It was close to the highway, though a little difficult to spot the sign.
The sheets had stains on them.

It was an easy place to clash if you didn't look to closely at the corners.

Good price. Clean budget-style motel.

Former AmeriHost Inn franchise. You'll be happy with the price. The rooms are dated, but fine. It will be look just like every other budget motel room you've had; not a bad thing if you're like most folks, trying to save money.
