Extremely clean and well appointed. The location is convenient to the airport but not as much for someone wanting to see Geneva. The meeting facilities seemed excellent; however I was not there to use them. The tram into the city was 2 blocks away and free for hotel guests

Quiet/soundproofed rooms, near public transportation (5min walking fast), conveniently near airport but also city center.
Food too expensive.
Easy to access public transport (tram) if needed. Quick and easy (complimentary) shuttle to and from airport (5 min drive). Hotel staff was mostly welcoming. One lady seemed a bit annoyed, but hey, everyone has bad days.
