The room did not have a stocked mini bar even though money was taken from my credit card for it. We were relocated by the staff however and upgraded which was thoughtful.

Hotel location was not what was expected. It was nowhere near the Creek and if I had known this I would have chosen another hotel which was 4 star and on the Creek. Hotel itself was fine just in a poor location. Nearer 4X than 5X hotel by the way.

the staff are very helpfull
when I arrived there were two buses parking in front of the hotel and there was no place to park I had to turn around all the way to com back again

Valet, bellmen, doormen, and housekeeping staff were all fantastic.
It's a bit of a drive from the main attractions of the city.

My wife and I stayed here for several days in January. The hotel was nice for the price paid. However, the location is not ideal (although it is just across the street from the metro, which is convenient). One annoyance is common in Dubai - forced valet (although it is at least free). That said, the rooms were very nice (although rooms on the front of the building can be noisy because of the metro) & the lobby, gym, and pool were nice, too. ...read more

Great service, beautiful rooms.
Location was difficult to get to and entrance at front was tight.

The hotel upgraded my family to a junior suite at no cost and without me asking. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall it was a great experience and would go back any time.
