Wonderful facilities and room
Felt like the walls were paper thin. When the neighbors turned on their TV late at night and talked, it was as though they were in the room with me.
Easy walking distance to the Theatre District and Convention Center. Even closer to the 16th Street shopping area and wonderful dining . Really didn't need to go anywhere to eat. Panzano was a fabulous restaurant that offered exceptional Northern Italian cuisine.
Very much pet friendly. I have no dogs, but felt right at home in the lobby with the dogs of so many other guests.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return. ...

Not flexible in the least!
i won't ever recommend this hotel or any other Kimpton property or Priceline because no one at either Company tried in the least to help with my situation. There is a recession going on, you should treat your potential clients with a lot more respect!
