The staff was very friendly.
The room was probably the smallest I have ever stayed in, but was still beautiful and very clean.

This boutique hotel had character and felt more luxurious than "chain" hotels. Although we didn't have time to take advantage of the full service spa, fitness center and other amenities, we did have time to eat at the restaurant. Excellent service & foo
Not a thing.

The Monaco was centrally located to everything. We enjoyed the hotel, whose staff was pleasant and warm even at midnight when we checked in. The rooms were extraordinary: More like a mini suite, with thick cozy robes, free wi-fi and a great king bed. AND it was so quiet! My husband appreciates boutique hotels and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and upscale amenities. Best of all, we paid alot less through Priceline! ...read more

Evening guest reception with live music in the lobby was nice. No coffee in rooms but coffee was available in the lobby.
We were allocated the smallest room we've ever stayed in. The air conditioner was noisy. No coffee in the room. Expensive parking.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. We really liked the nightly complimentary happy hour in the lobby!
Wish it had a pool and hot tub, would have been nice after a long day of skiing

Great place to stay! You will have to pay extra for valet parking and self parking. The location is great for walking the city, shopping and night life.

Staff.
Windows were sealed off so they could not be opened. Air conditioner in room would cycle on/off and blow cold air onto the bed. This interfered with sleep.

No pool. You could tell it was just a rehabbed business building.

I won't stay here again. Not bad, but for the same price the hilton and marriott hotels are better, and they have all the amenities plus some.
