The bed was super comfy. Staff excellent. We walked to SAM, marketplace, blues club.
Our room did not have a closet and we had a hard time finding where to hang our coats.

If they had an upgradeable room they would have given it to us. As it was, the concierge gave us a room on an upper floor. The room was quiet even tho the street traffic was not. The wine tasting was a bonus. We spent the afternoon at the Seattle Art Museum then walked to the Highway 99 Blues Club for an excellent supper and fabulous music. After a great nights sleep on the fabulous bed, we walked to Pike Street market for breakfast at Athinia restaurant, then trudged back up the hill to the hotel before heading off. The Monaco was a wonderful place to stay. We'll be back! ...read more

The bath robes.
The price of parking.

This is an excellent hotel right downtown. However downtown Settle is Morgue after 8:00 pm and there is no 24hr store any ware near the hotel. There are no bars or restaurants close either. The room was great but the price of parking was just way too much.

Very Clean and perfect location for the City of Seattle. Great decor and very cool.

The decor of the hotel was beautiful, and the rooms had everything you could possibly need. Robes in the room, a full bar fridge stocked with wine and liquor. The room was extremely clean with new furniture and a great bed.

Good sized room.
Parking was half the rate of the room, only one chair, a bed and a desk, no table at all.

Room were awesome. Staff was very helpful and the hotel restaurant was outstanding.
The bathroom tile in the shower could have been a little cleaner. My only tiny complaint.

I would stay again if I ever go to Seattle. The only thing that I did not like? The menu at the restaurant didn't have enough choices. I mean, you don't have pancakes on the menu but you have French toast? Other than that, outstanding hotel.

Decorating, front desk service and
room service.
Cleaning people did not do a good job on Sunday they didn't even clean the old water out of the ice bucket. Didn't really remake the beds.

Quick elevators.
No security when stepping out in front of the building for a cigarette. The only place to smoke.

Small room for a 4 star. Nice carpets. Lightening quick elevators. Don't give any extra money to the person serving wine at wine hour other than what you would like him to keep (doesn't return your change). Nice front desk people that greets when entering building. $75 parking for two nights. Thin walls in rooms. Bed was a little hard for a 4 star. Charged $54 (?) for snacks that didn't get eaten, but returned our money several days later saying it was an accident. The window was not clean or was stained. ...read more
