Great room and bed.
No major signage out front so it was hard to find the first time.

Stayed here for one night while in LA on business. Great staff, great rooms. The pool was under reno so I couldn't use it. Parking is $33 per day, which is a bit steep but there is no choice.

The hotel staff were exceptional!
$33 valet parking. Parked my car once and never moved it until we left. Still $33 was charged.

We checked in for a night at the Mondrian for my wife's birthday. The Mondrian is located across the street from the House of Blues Sunset Strip where we were attending a concert. I mentioned at the front desk that it was my wife's birthday and the manager immediately upgraded us to a corner suite room at no additional charge, which was awesome. As we were unpacking in our room, room service came up with a slice of chocolate cake with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate syrup on the plate. It came with a birthday card signed by all the staff at the front desk! That was awesome personal service, attention to detail, and friendliness. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Very nice and staff was friendly. Free coffee in the morning.
Parking is too expensive to park the car overnight. Pool was closed.

Loved it, had a great time. Would stay again any time.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for West Hollywood.
Too much money for what it was. I was looking forward to the bar, but I was ignored so I left.

Very modern ultra chic to the point of being stark and unwelcoming in the lobby. They have large room off to the left that seems pointless. The views from the restaurant, bar and pool are amazing, but when I went to the bar I was not acknowledged for 20 minutes so I left. Plenty of places within walking distance. The room was rather spacious and comfortable. They are charging 5 star prices for a 3.5 star experience though. Not worth the cost at all. ...read more
