Family Traveling with Teens
This hotel has all the amenities that I needed and was in a great location in good proximity and easy access to major highways. Good location if you don't want to be in the downtown Toronto area, with travel to Toronto only 25 minutes by highway in non rush hour. Friendly and efficient staff. Lots of free parking in a well lit area. Nice restaurant in the hotel with good food. The decor is a little tired and dated, but clean. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Highly recommended to remove the three star rating for this hotel to a 2 star rating. Maybe because I had a priceline reservation, I was offered a queen bed for my family of three. Terrible (free) breakfast with non-perishable croissants and baked goods. The staff was courteous. I would never book this hotel again if I had to choose and pay for it myself. I will be sure not to priceline book a hotel in this area for this star rating, I am bound to get this hotel again. The rooms wer enot even fully occupied. ...

The hotel doesn't present itself as 'boutique' so don't expect a Thompson, Hilton or Le Germaine Hotel experience. However, it was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice.
