Monte Carlo Inns - Vaughan Suites

This hotel was easily accessed by the 407 Highway and next to the 400 Highway. Customer service was good. Room was smaller but was clean and well furnished. You are close to IKEA, Canada's Wonderland, Black Creek Pioneer Village, and all kinds of shopping and a variety of restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and will use again for any meetings in the area.

A little out of the way for us ,but easy to get to.We we're pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade . No extra cost surprises.Free Internet in rooms,free parking and free Breakfast ,awesome .

My favorite thing about the room is the space and the comfort. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Such big, fluffy pillows! I slept very well. Also, I love the big bathtub. It's got the perfect dimensions for a soak. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay. Each night, I sat in the tub with a good book and a cup of tea. This hotel is ideally located for my business travels as well as personal. It is pleasing to the eye on the outside, as well as the inside. It's very clean....the room was beautiful...nice restaurant...close to all amenities.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff was incredibly polite and pleasant. Close proximity to shopping. Price of room service is very reasonable. The food was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

My overall experience was pleasant. We arrived late for check-in and the night time staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-out was very busy had too wait 1/2 hour to check-out cause of all the guests trying to check-out. The morning staff and the manager were very rude and not accommodating at all. I asked a question and the manager disregarded it by not even checking to see whether or not what I was asking was possible. I wanted to know if they sold their pillows to guests as some hotels do. Most complimentary breakfast have a variety of things like eggs, sausage, hash browns, danishes, etc. the hotels was mainly toast or bagels with a small bowl of fresh fruit. It is not a cheap hotel. I would rate it a 3+ deluxe hotel. I would I recommend this hotel yes.

Aside from the dirty tub and limited breakfast, we thought the hotel was wonderful. During our late Friday night dinner there was even live music playing. It was great!
