Loved the huge windows and gorgeous view, the proximity to downtown, underground mall and metro.
The wallpaper was peeling in places and unattractive.
This hotel was far better than we hoped. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was super comfy with only a slight sign of wear in places. The view through the giant half-moon windows was spectacular. The pool was only one depth which was not great for the children but was heated comfortably and bathed in outside light.

Great location and atmosphere.
The pool area, change rooms and hot tub were sub par for a hotel of this type.
The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The views from the room were great. The service was also excellent.

Excellent location, subway station directly below the hotel, would never have known it if it didn't have signs.
Great place to stay. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about the local attractions and dining options. The location is unbeatable, 1/2 a city block from St. Catherine Street. We'll likely stay there again when we return to Montreal!
