The staff was very friendly and brought us lots of extra pillows.
Rooms were not as described or pictured, and I was told I got one of the better ones.
It was great that we were able to get a hotel that did not charge extra for our pet, this was the main reason I chose it. We saw no issues with bugs, and our room was clean, but a bit shabby. Not bad for the price.

Big rooms, quite simple but clean 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.
Rooms not well decorated.
A simple budget motel. The rooms are quite large for Motel 6, as the motel was built for Red Roof Inns. It is very convenient and a good value.

it was nasty and scary, couldnt even bring myself to sit on the bed.
the motel was horrible, cant see how anyone would or could stay there. we had to get our money back and go to a diff. hotel.

The room was clean.
The location was scary. Elevator, vending area, and stairways were dirty and smelled bad.
Since I did not pay much for the room I did not expect much. It was sufficient for the price but if I needed the hotel for more than just a place to sleep I would not recommend it.
