Room was dirty, especially the bathroom, which smelled like urine.
At check-in, the woman at the desk couldn't find my reservation. She eventually found in cancellations, even though I had not canceled. The following morning, I was awoken by the phone ringing. A man at the desk informed me that I needed to checkout or pay for another night. I had paid for 2 nights.

The front desk staff was rude and did not understand proper English requests for receipts.
The hotel itself was nice, but due to the wait staff that was working there being rude and that they had their own kids running around outside and inside I would not stay there again.
