Came back with bedbug bites, Asked for a couple more towels and a pillow and was told they would be brought to the room but never showed/ had to go get them and they were next to counter / pillow was yellow / gave it back

The hotel is ok. The personnel are not very friendly. I was given much grief over the fact that I made a mistake when registering and only registered for 2 people instead of 4. (even though paying for the extra 2 was no problem). Then when we asked for extra towels, we were again given the run-around for it. I will not stay here again.
