The location of this hotel is good and the shuttle from the airport is friendly and convenient.
Did not folow through on promised room, causing inconvenience.
After booking this hotel I wrote an email requesting a late check in, twin beds and a room on a lower floor. They replied promptly promising that these requests had been duly noted.When I arrived, they were unable to provide what I had requested! We were placed in a smelly smoking room, with a double bed instead of twin beds, forcing my kids to sleep on the floor.The state of the room was not up to the standard you would expect from this star rating. The carpet was shabby, the hallway stunk of smoke, theere were cigarette burns on the bathtub and the room was just generally dated.Overall the hotel was OK, but they did not provide what they promised and the room was a bit run down. Not impressed. ...
