Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nashville Hotel At The Crossings

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with a dog and they made sure to place me on the ground floor.
My initial room was next to the outside door and the staff was able to move me to a different room. It was a smoking room, but at least it was more quiet!

The hotel is easy to access from the highway, it's very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice room for the price.
Two of our lights didn't work. We reported in on night one of three, but no one came to fix them.

The location worked well for me.
Could have been much cleaner. Motorcycle club very noisy from 9 until 2 and staff did nothing about it. Price was over
xxx per night more than the Priceline quote. Toilet kept running all night long.

Not the best experience it should have been.

The room was average. Breakfast was great.
The night desk clerk was rude, there was not one of the ice machines working.

The first room that they sent us to, was nasty. It had not been cleaned. We checked in about 11 p.m......We had to go back to the lobby, and wait for another room. They said that they could not keep help there. The lady that was cleaning the rooms, did NOT speak English, or Spanish.

I was pleasantly pleased with the facility. Staff all polite.
Nothing to be disatisfied with. Enjoyed my short stay.

This hotel is very near Nashville. Only 15 0r so minutes away. So if going to Nashville, this is the place to stay!!

One helpful front desk person was about it.
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever been in. Dirty rooms, bugs, old and torn furniture. I talked to the Manager and he can only offer a 15% credit... Which I never even received. We finally checked out early, which was the best part of our stay

I suggest that people stay anywhere but here.

Very nice rooms for the price and star rating.
Public spaces are a little run down and beat up.

Room and staff were great. We couldn't shower on Sunday due to a hotel wide water pressure issue. It was in an outdated part of Nashville, but it was within reasonable distance to where we needed to be. For the price it was a overall a good experience.

Clean rooms even though the furnishings needed upgrading
The trian tracks kept us up.

Price was reasonable but it desperatley needs some upgrades in the rooms. Overall it was very clean.

This hotel was an absolute dump. The ENTIRE place smelled like an ashtray. I later learned this was a "smoking hotel". Your description left that part out when I booked through Priceline. Booked a Disney Cruise vacation for 7 previously. NEVER A
I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS WAS A SMOKING HOTEL. MY DAUGHTER COUGHED ALL NIGHT LONG. THERE WAS A FIGHT IN THE HALLWAY OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE TUB--COULD NOT EVEN TAKE A SHOWER!

YOU NEED TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR WEB SITE. I have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime. This was terrible. Horrible. We left after the first night. i had to pay for 2 nights in advance through PRICELINE and had to pay for a night in a holiday inn 30 miles away. Hotels in Nashville booked--had no other options. I should be refunded for at least the night we did not stay; otherwise, I will never use your service again. I cannot believe you would offer this hotel to your customers. Unbelievable...the whole experience. ...read more
