Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nellis Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 28, 2012

I enjoyed staying here, it was raining the entire weekend so couldn't use the pool. Free breakfast was good, the kitchen and full size fridge was a plus. The staff very friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Not a bad place to stay however, parking is terrible and very noisy.

This hotel is poorly maintained and all the furniture worn or broken. The sofa looked horribly unsanitary and we refused to sit on it. It was in such poor shape that we cut our trip short and returned home and needless to say, they have a
strict no refund policy!

proximity to Nellis AFB.
For the price it far exceeded my expectations. I will use this property for all my future stays.

I needed for the use of the kitchen.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if I was in the area again.

Please do not go there, it is very scary and a run down place. The walls are paper thin and I would hear the guy in the next room snoring. The beds/sheets were nasty. The bathroom was so small that it was hard to close the door.

I would normally pay maybe $50 for a room like this.
When
I arrived they would not let me check in until 3. Once
I checked in and saw the room
I wanted to cancel my second night and find a hotel that was worth my money, but you have to cancel 24 hours from the previous 3pm. So they make it so you cant. Bed was like laying on the ground, the one pillow felt like straw, the TV had about 5 channels and was very old. AC unit sounded like it a truck, shower didn't drain. Not impressed. It is a room you'd expect to find in a low end motel 6. Would not recommend! ...

We got there very late and the women working was nice and rude
at the same time, she would be sweet but then throw in some attitude. I was tired and didn't appreciate the rudeness. Never been there before and just wanted to ask simple questions.I loved the rooms, mini suites for the price. Would go back.

It's just a place to sleep. Close to Nellis (very close) and race track. Otherwise I would try to go somewhere else.

The hotel does not look as nice in person as the pictures on Priceline. The property is showing its age. Carpet looked like it was 50 years old. Furniture and beds were in poor condition. Two of our beds actually had broken frames, so that the beds sagged or tilted. The air conditioner was so loud we had to sleep with it off. The pool looks nice, but was very cold. The hot tub was lukewarm. Breakfast was standard continental fare with a decent selection. ...
