The location is perfect. Walking distance to the casino, french quarter, and Jackson Square.
I was charged for my room even though it was booked and paid through Priceline. Am in process of disputing charges...so be careful when giving the hotel your credit card for incidentals.

Great hotel, would recommend to people who wanted to stay in that area of town
I knew the area, but seeing it on the map and actually walking it are two different things. VERY FAR from the quarter, so as much as we loved the hotel, we could not stay that far again. But great location for cruises, convention center, casino.

It needs some remodeling. Still an old hotel.
Had a nice stay. The location is great but hotel definitely needs some upgrades to be considered 4 star in my opinion.

Great location. Everything within walking distance. Friendly,helpful staff. The valet were very nice.
The fact that there was no parking facility available for hotel customers to park for free.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for great location and friendly staff.

The maid using her pass key came in our room (we were Sleeping & not dressed) & woke us up at 8am to find out what time we were checking out. After we came in at 3am!!!....Also Had to pay $38 per day for parking.
