For some reason our room was not serviced on one day during our stay. We came back and the beds were unmade. It wasn't a huge deal (we were going to unmake them that night when we got in them!) but it seemed odd.

I would recommend staying at the New Orleans Downtown Marriott At The Convention Center. The rooms are spacious, the staff was great and the concierge made perfect dinner recommendation. I could not be more please with this hotel.

Valet was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were small. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Just average for the price.

Location was ok. Close to Riverwalk and convention center. Rooms were quite small, no microwave or refrigerator in room, either. I would rather pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
