This hotel has very poor staff. I am disabled and in a wheel chair and was unable to get anyone to help me get my luggage to my room from the curb where the taxi dropped me in front of the hotel. After realizing my position another hotel guest helped me. There was no apologies or acknowledgement from the hotel staff that their service was sub-standard. This is not what I would consider a 4 star hotel. More like a 2-3 star hotel with no amenities and facilities for the disabled. I won't be staying here again when I am in New Orleans. ...read more
