The hotel has a great location for not only Metairie events but New Orleans too! Easy access to so many main roads/hwy. The indoor pool was great especially since there was a late blast of cold air in the city!

The location on the lake w/a view is spectacular.
the valets staff seemed to be struggling a'bit, not completely up the the Marriot standard. Overall, they were trying hard . . . .

This hotel is wonderful if you have friends/family in Metairie or Kenner. It's close to both malls and has a wonderful view of the lake.

Great room and staff. Nice restaurant and coffee shop.
No microwave or refrigerator. Too many kids in hot tub and pool and no adults.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from downtown. I hot the price of the room for half price so we were happy about . Would love to stay here again. We went to open market and walked into shops in the French quarter and went to a museum. We are at Daisy Dukes and the Bon Ton Cafe. It was great!

Beautiful room
No microwave or fridge in the room. Hair on the bathroom ceiling, staff was NOT helpful when my car battery died...they wouldnt offer ANY personal assistance. Restaurant was ridiculously expensive. Serseriously - offensive.

Dont eat in the bistreaux if you are paying your own way. Indoor pool was NOT heated. Gym rocks! Beautiful hotel otherwise...

Great decor. The staff was exceptional from the moment I drove up to the entrance. Spacious room with comfy king bed, very clean. Great location near local shops, mall and restaurants. Lake view.
Hotel is tucked away off a side street. I was not familiar with the area so I had to circle block a couple of times before I spotted the main entrance.

We got an excellent rate considering last minute travel plans. Great location about 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans. No free parking but a lot less than what they charge in NEw Orleans. We were more than satisfied with the property. Will stay there again.

The hotel was fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious and spotless. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view of Lake Pontchatrane and the Causeway bridge. I had room service and the food was great.
I ws overwhelmed with the whole experience. I loved the pleasant surprise. It was more than I expected.

The Hotel is located on the shore of Lake Pontchatrane and has a beautiful view of the lake and Causeway bridge. It is convenient to many resturants and shopping malls. It is only a ten minute drive to the French Quarter without having to always be in the middle of the crowds. It had a grreat Gym and a number of food choices in the hotel complex itself. I was impressed.
