Close to get off and on I29 when just stopping quick for an overnight stay while traveling. Front desk staff at check in was very nice and friendly! Sheets and towels were clean! Liked the sink separate from the shower and toilet.
Smell in room was not great. Smelled like maple flavor :S didn't look too far but seemed like only fast food nearby if you are looking for a restaurant. Room fixtures are dated. Breakfast is ok, nice selection.

Clean, quiet, good pool and hot tub. Great staff.
Breakfast could use a bit of improvement. More fresh fruit.
Hotel is in a great location, just minutes from Tyson Center. Rooms were clean and very modern. Front desk staff were so friendly. Although the hotel was booked for NAIAA WomenNational Basketball Tournament, housekeeping serviced rooms in a timely manner and did a good job. We will stay here again if we visit Souix City again.

The location was great, right by Walmart and only a few minutes away from my favorite restaurants and the mall.
We had a bit of an issue when checking in, the person who booked the room mixed up our room with another guest's room, but it was sorted out quickly.

Reasonable price, easy access to I-29 and shopping
Stayed on first floor and sometimes could hear person on second floor stomping around. Breakfast isn't sumptuous but adequate
Hotel is across the street from Walmart, Culver's and several local restaurants. A large mall is five minutes away.
