The rooms were very clean, and it was right in times square.

The lobby did not make you feel very comfortable, and there wasn't a pool.

The beds were very soft and comfy. The room was newly remodeled and clean. You had to wait quite awhile for the elevators, even though there were a lot of them. The restaurant is very pricey!

Recently renovated. The rooms were spacious, clean and very functional for conducting business.

Great hotel right in the heart of the city with spacious rooms, state of the art fitness center and fantastic views of Time Square.

Business center staff - Sue was fantastic helping me meet some deadlines.

No refrigerator in room. Gift shop/coffee shop should carry soda.

Loved the location; perfect central location, especially if you love theater.

I did not like the lobby and internet being on the 8th floor.

Beautiful glass elevators and a wonderful location right in the heart of Times Square. Walking distance to everything (subway 2 short blocks). We were traveling with a teenager, so it was nice to have a name-brand hotel, which had ample sized rooms and 2 queen beds (many New York hotel rooms are much smaller with only one bed), thus requiring a second room if more than 2 people.
