To offer to let us use the sister resorts pools was rediculous...walking to another resort and using the pool area w/out a shower or changing area? They did not offer a discount on the roller coaster either. We could have stayed at another resort (for less) and got all the pleasure from NY NY w/out the resort fees. There was no benefit from choosing to stay at this particular resort. ...

Everything was expensive, you cant even get a small piece of pizza for under $10. And all the shows we wanted to see were either to expensive or they said, the show is on vacation. The pool was also closed!

This hotel is starting to show its age. Our room was rather small and cramped in its feel. The bathroom was flat-out awful. The shower was old, nasty, and tight fitting. The bathroom layout was awkward, with the toilet being right where a second person would want to stand for a two-person mirror. We were also annoyed that the hotel imposed an undisclosed $20 "resort fee" Not cool. ...
